Rosemary Chicken

Use rosemary to season a baking chicken. Loosen the skin of the chicken. Place seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic and sprigs of rosemary) between the skin and meat. Use the same seasonings inside the cavity, adding extra rosemary and onion wedges. Bake as usual. The smell is unbelievable! Enjoy with your favorite side dishes.
